For the third day in a row, our SDF forces continue Operation Security Reinforcement in the Deir Ezzor region, targeting ISIS cells, criminal elements, and drug traffickers. Our forces have successfully completed the sweep of the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, stretching from the east of Raqqa to the Al-Ma’amil roundabout. Meanwhile, the operation remains ongoing in the eastern and northern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
Yesterday evening, our forces apprehended three ISIS terrorists on the Alozba – Conico road while attempting to flee.
Moreover, the participating forces arrested two drug traffickers and seized a quantity of narcotics in their possession.
The forces participating in Operation Security Reinforcement reiterate their dedication to accomplishing the predetermined objectives, which include eradicating ISIS cells, eliminating their sources, and ensuring accountability for all criminals involved in drug trafficking and abuses against civilians.
