On 27 September, The Martyr Amar Al-Sheikh Academy
opened a new military training course for SDF fighters. The new course was named “Martyr Qasim course” and included 50 fighters from Raqqa and its countryside, and it will last for 45 days, during which the fighters are going to receive political lessons in addition to intense military training on different types of weapons.
The opening ceremony started with a minute of silence in tribute to the souls of the martyrs, and it was attended by SDF officials, the Raqqa people, and tribal leaders.
The commander of the Raqqa Military Council delivered a speech in which he stressed that all the fighters should continue to receive training and be committed to the SDF values, which is the essence of ensuring real victories.
The ceremony concluded with all the fighters taking the military oath to be faithful to the SDF precepts.
