Our Special Units Capture Two ISIS Terrorists In Manbij

Supported by the international coalition forces, our SDF special units have captured two ISIS terrorists in Manbij city who were involved in numerous terrorist attacks.

The first terrorist, Majed Mohammed Al-Mohammed Al-Hilal, joined the ranks of ISIS in 2016. He worked in the so-called fortifications battalion and later in the medical office of ISIS. He was assigned various tasks within ISIS and remained with them until the eradication of their last stronghold in the town of al-Baghouz. However, he managed to escape and remained out of sight for a long period before he was captured by our units.

The other terrorist, Hussein Hassan Al-Sharif, also joined ISIS in 2016 and worked in the “Zakat” office. He fled Manbij after the city was liberated by the Manbij Military Council, but he continued to work secretly with the ISIS cells until he was captured.
